ONE TON 1350 HIGH ANGLE CV (automotive)
35 degree maximum, 25 degree operating without
removing any seals like other shops do.
This CV is suitable for high torque (high horse power,
large tires, low gears). This CV uses 1350 1-ton u-joints.
The high angle CV will flex to 35 degrees maximum (without
removing any seals like other shops do) and can be operated at
20 degrees maximum continuous.
Unlike other manufacturers, we kept all the rubber seals on
the CV as it came from the factory, yet it flexes more!!
This CV requires a flange at the transfer case output. We can provide the
flange with the drive shaft as long as we know what the transfer case
model (i.e., NP205, NP208, NP241, DANA 300, DANA 20 etc..)
Please note that in the following descriptions that in most
cases the vehicle model is not mentioned because the Drive Shaft
Superstore can fit any drive shaft on any vehicle. If a certain transfer
case yoke or differential yoke does not exist we build it. All drive
shafts are possible given a minimum amount of space to install it.
Note that the options of long splines and high angle CVs are not vehicle
year/model dependent. They can be put on any drive shaft.
It is expected that the buyer has studied his drive shaft or requirements
and know a little of what is needed. Our website is designed to inform the
buyer what these drive shaft assemblies do and when they are used.
Example of what you should know:
- What is your vehicle make/model/year?
- What is your Transfer case? (look for a tag or ask
your mechanic)
- What are your differentials? (Dana44, Dana60, Corp
10, 12, 14. again your Mechanic.)
- What are the working lengths? (see:
How to measure)
- How high is your lift?
- Do you want a high angle CV?
The general procedure is to select the drive
shaft with the options you need, then if you need them, select the end
yoke and/or flanges needed at the transfer case and/or differential. If
you know what the differential is ( ie.. Corporate 10 bolt, Dana 60, Dana
44, Dana 30,35 etc..) Please let us know on your online order form page.

This is a spicer type with a
flange and using the extreme travel design to gain maximum travel. Also,
this is a 1350 one ton CV used at a continuous angle of 25 degrees maximum
and flexes to 35 degrees. All factory rubber is still on the drive shaft.
Unlike other manufacturers that remove the rubber,
Driveshaftsuperstore.com knows that the rubber parts are to retain the
grease within the bearing area.
